Wholesale Policy
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
1. Standard Pet Pads：
◦ Regular specifications（45x60cm/60x90cm/75x75cm）：1000 pieces per size/type
◦ Special specifications (customized sizes)：3000 pieces。
2. Customized Pet Pads（including logo printing/pattern customization）：5000 pieces。
Pricing Rules
1. Tiered Pricing：(Stair-step pricing): The larger the purchase quantity, the lower the unit price. The specific quotation is as follows (taking the 60x90cm standard model as an example)
◦ 1000–4999 pieces：$1.20/piece
◦ 5000–9999 pieces：$1.00/piece
◦ 10000+ pieces：$0.85/piece
2. Customization Surcharge：A plate-making fee of $50–$100 will be charged for logo printing/pattern customization (depending on the complexity of the customization). For custom sizes, the material cost will be calculated additionally, and the specific details shall be subject to the quotation.
3. Price Validity：The quotation is valid for 15 working days. Due to fluctuations in raw material prices, if it exceeds the validity period, a new inquiry is required.
Customization Process
1. Inquiry Submission：Customers via email（sales@orvilletrade.com）/WhatsApp（+86XXXXXXX）Provide customization requirements, including information such as size, material, printed patterns/LOGO, purchase quantity, etc.
2. Quote & Sample：We will provide a detailed quotation within 1–2 working days. After the customer confirms, they shall pay the sample fee ($80–$150). The sample will be produced and shipped within 7 working days.
3. Sample Confirmation：The customer inspects and accepts the samples, and signs a formal purchase contract after confirming that there are no errors.
4. Production & Delivery：After the customer pays the advance payment, the factory starts production. The production cycle is 7–15 working days. Upon completion, the customer will be notified to inspect the goods, pay the balance, and arrange for logistics and shipment.
Payment Terms
1. Bank Transfer：Support cross-border transfers for corporate public accounts. A 30% advance payment is required, and the balance shall be settled before shipment (after providing the bill of lading/inspection photos).

2. PayPal：Applicable to payment for small orders/sample fees. A 50% advance payment is required, and the goods will be shipped after the balance is settled
3. Letter of Credit (L/C)：Applicable to large orders (50,000 pieces and above). Both parties need to negotiate and confirm the letter of credit terms, and the issuing bank must be an international bank recognized by us.
